1 (8 oz.) can Asparagus Cut Spears, drained
0.25 cup frozen Mushrooms, thawed
0.5 tsp. lemon juice
0.25 cup Italian dressing
1 tbsp. sliced almonds
Directions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well. May be served warm or cold. Microwave 1 - 2 minutes or refrigerate at least two hours before serving.

Beet & Corn Salad

Drain beets, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir garlic 1 minute.
